If you are requesting support for TDK TestLab software or remote programming of TDK products, please provide us the following details: Your sample code or the test file that is generating the error, screen shots of the error, and the IO trace file generated during the program run.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

All returns must have an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are issued by the Sales and Support Department. All RMA requests must be submitted by mail, e-mail, or fax. No verbal requests will be accepted. Contact the Sales and Support Department at trs.sales@tdk.com or fax us at +1-512-258-0740. ALL NON CONFORMING RMA REQUEST(S) WILL BE DENIED AND WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

All RMA requests must include the equipment model, problem description, and matching serial number. The RMA number must clearly be marked on the outside of the package. Any discrepancies may result in denial of the RMA. For international customers, we request that you ship the goods to us under DDP terms and they will be returned to you on FCA-Factory basis. Any importation fees or duties incurred by TDK RF Solutions for receiving your items will be added to the repair charge.

Once you have received your RMA#, package your return in a protective container and ship the package pre-paid and insured to:

We strongly recommend that you return the product with a traceable, insured shipping method. We will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to us.

Returns must be received within 15 business days from the date we issue the RMA number. RMA numbers expire after 15 business days and can only be renewed upon approval.
